From Xiamen to Ethiopia: A doctor's mission to save young hearts

The first African female doctor trained under the Heart Sapling Program, from Ethiopia , completed a six-month specialized training in congenital heart disease at Xiamen Cardiovascular Hospital, where she acquired advanced interventional techniques. Having returned to Ethiopia, she will use these skills to treat more children with congenital heart disease.
