Wang Yan, Director of Xiamen Cardiovascular Hospital of Xiamen University, Ph.D of the University of Hong Kong, Professor, Chief physician, Doctoral supervisor. Prof. Wang specializes in interventional treatment of complex coronary and peripheral artery diseases. As the leader of structural heart team, he has engaged in the clinical application of kinds of advanced interventional technology and device research, including transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR), transcatheter edge to edge repair (TEER) of mitral valve and tricuspid valve, atrial septal shunt, Revivent TC system for Left ventricular aneurysm. Dr. Dong Chang has been engaged in the teaching and research of cardiovascular medicine for more than 20 years. He has ever studied at the University of Virginia Hospital in the United States. Dr. Dong Chang has been expert at catheter ablation for tachyarrhythmia (such as atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia, premature ventricular / atrial contraction, ventricular / atrial tachycardia, et al) and hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, left atrial appendage occlusion, cardiac pacing for bradyarrhythmia, physiological pacing therapy, sudden cardiac death prevention, cardiac resynchronization therapy. Particularly, Dr. Dong Chang has rich experience at green cardiac electrophysiology and intracardiac ultrasound-guided ablation of complex arrhythmias, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, and physiological pacing; and has been often invited to guide procedures and technical popularization in many hospitals.
