About Heart Sapling Program
Brief Introduction
Heart Sapling Visiting Scholar Program is an international medical talent development initiative launched and hosted by Xiamen Cardiovascular Hospital Xiamen University.
The program is dedicated to recruiting outstanding young cardiovascular specialists from around the world to receive systematic and specialized training in China.
Under the guidance of senior mentors, scholars participate in theoretical courses, clinical practice, case discussions, and academic seminars, gaining in-depth understanding of the latest advances in cardiovascular medicine and acquiring hands-on experience with innovative technologies and medical devices.

The Hospital will provide one-time round-trip international airfare, accommodation, and a reasonable living allowance.

Fellows will have the opportunity to participate in clinical diagnosis, treatment, and case discussions.

Each fellow will be assigned a senior physician as their mentor.

The Hospital will organize expert-led training courses and international academic exchanges.

Fellows are required to deliver at least one academic presentation during their visit and to submit the corresponding manuscript.
